I took my first step into the world of Real Estate back in my UK homeland in 1990 and was lucky enough to work in some very prestigious areas of London during those 8 years. Then, in 2005 I made the move to Sydney, Australia where I spent the next 10 years exploring the wonderful country and fine tuning my business and consulting skills in the world of Recruitment Consulting. In 2015 I made the move to Sarasota with my husband and have been living the Florida dream ever since.

Not being a Florida (or even US) native makes me acutely aware of the challenges that can arise when making an interstate move and I often find myself drawn to help those who are new to Sarasota. I love sharing everything that I have learned about this amazing area and helping buyers to avoid the common pitfalls of buying a home in an unknown area.

Initially upon moving to Sarasota, I decided to put my creative ability into action and set up a home staging business, this gave me a major insight into how today’s internet- and HGTV-savvy buyers shop for properties in Sarasota and reinvigorated my passion for Real Estate. The experience that I gained in home staging gives my seller clients an edge in a competitive market as I am acutely aware of how a home is enhanced by thoughtful presentation to achieve the greatest results.

Something that I pride myself on is delivering a concierge-style service that comes from almost 30 years of relationship management, along with effective communication and negotiating skills.

The most important piece of any real estate transaction for me is my customers happiness and understanding of the process.
